I decided to start this blog mainly as a way to keep a journal. Also, because I hate talking on the telephone and hopefully this will help keep my family up to date on what's going on and may even help my very talented mother-in-law with her scrapbooking. I'll probably post mainly on my exploits as a medeocre runner, climber and speller, but I'm sure I'll sneak in some updates related to the family.
Hopefully I'll get some guest posts from my much more interesting wife.
